KEMP Hospice

Walton and Hipkiss Kidderminster Office – have adopted Kemp Hospice as their charity.

KEMP Hospice is known as the charity for the Wyre Forest; providing specialist care for people affected by life limiting illness and giving support to those who face bereavement.

Whether it be in their own home or at the charities Day Hospice in Kidderminster, KEMP care is offered free of charge to everyone in the Wyre Forest community. KEMP’s expert care and support is provided not only for the patient but also for the patients carers, their wider family (including children) and the community as a whole. It is only through the kindness and generosity of the Wyre Forest community that KEMP’s services can continue; be that through donations, fundraising or legacy support.

KEMP Hospice is a charity full of love, warmth and fun and those that support KEMP share those same values. We at Walton & Hipkiss are proud to support KEMP Hospice and we are proud to be known as part of the KEMP Family.  To show your support for KEMP Hospice please log on to or take part in one of their fundraising events below.

KEMP Hospice Upcoming Fundraising Event

Get the kettle on to support hospice care in Spring 2018! Pencil a date in the diary now and get together with friends, family or colleagues to hold a Cuppa for KEMP.  It’s a simple and fun way to support your local hospice (what better way to spend some time with friends than with a cheery brew and a biccy or two!).

What you can do…

You could host a huge local tea party, a workplace coffee and cake break, a cream tea for your neighbourhood watch group, a community centre cuppa get-together, a bake & brew sale or maybe a simple ‘tea for two’!

Whatever you decide to do, do it over a brew and raise some money for KEMP, the Wyre Forest’s Hospice.

Your fundraising and support means that we can continue to provide specialist care and support for people with life limiting illnesses, their families and carers as well as providing free bereavement support for everyone in the Wyre Forest area. Your support means the world to us…thank you.

March of the Toys

This March the toys are taking over!

Join KEMP Hospice at their Lisle Avenue store and donation centre for the first week in march where there will be hosting a massive toy sale.

From LEGO to Minions, board games to cuddly toys, old time classics to modern play things there will be plenty of fun things on sale for the kids (and big kids) in your life.

March of the Toys starts from 9am on Monday 5th March.

Saddle up for a London 2 Paris Bike Ride challenge:

Your cycle challenge…A 300 mile, 4 day bike ride that takes you through the beautiful Kent countryside to Dover, crossing the Channel to Calais, and then cycling along quiet French country lanes, through traditional market towns, passing the war memorials and cemeteries of the Somme and finally, the pièce de résistance, cycling up the Champs Elysées to the Arc de Triomphe to cross the finish line. A wonderful jounry made even more special knowing that you’re raising money for KEMP. Visit their website for more details:
