I’m Marnie, I work and manage the Maintenance and Property Visits of the Lettings Department here at Walton & Hipkiss.
The main focus of my job role includes dealing with all managed rental properties on our books to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently with the correct guidance and understanding of situations.
A crucial part of my role is to deal with complaints and liaise between Landlords, Tenants and my book of Contractors.
My title also consists of ensuring all properties and Landlords are up to date with the current legislation. All properties hold an up to date Gas Safety Certificate as well as dealing with invoices for rental payments, Contractor invoices and quotes for work to be carried out on properties.
