By offering our landlords Rent Guarantee you will be able to maintain your rental payments but also have the legal costs covered up to £100,000 to help with section notices, eviction and professional legal advice.

Our ‘Photographer’ at Walton and Hipkiss is a Google approved photographer to do Google Street View images. We are able to creating stunning Street View images directory to Google maps. This helps identify property were Google have not been able to go.
360 degree images
We are lucky to have a Photographer at Walton and Hipkiss who is Google approved, this enables us to do Google Street View images where Google have not been.
We are able to create stunning 360 degree Street View images of property and even local areas of interest directory to Google maps. This we feel is unique for Estate Agents to do this, giving our customers extra marketing.
Tenancy Agreements
We will prepare all legal documentation including tenancy agreements detailing responsibilities of all parties while adhering to current legislation. We also provide high quality inventories for both landlords and tenants which is both photographic and descriptive to minimise any disputes over damages at the end of tenancy.
